目的观察老年病科开展健康课堂的效果,探讨建立健全、完善的健康课堂式的教育模式。方法采取随机方便抽样的方法,选择武汉某综合三级医院200名老年住院患者,随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规健康教育,对观察组在常规健康教育基础上给予健康课堂形式的健康教育。两组患者均于出院后1个月采用自行设计的健康课堂调查表进行回访调查,比较不同方法对老年住院患者健康教育的效果。结果在健康教育效果方面,观察组老年人对疾病的认知、康复保健知识等的知晓程度较理想,知晓情况得分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年病科开展健康课堂的健康教育方式效果很好,对患者提高自我效能、自我护理能力起到一定作用,为探讨开展更加完善的健康教育模式提供了一定依据。
Objective To observe the effects of carrying out health classes in gerontology and to establish a sound and perfect health classroom-based education model. Methods Random sampling method was adopted to select 200 elderly hospitalized patients in an integrated tertiary hospital in Wuhan and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine health education, and the observation group gave health class health education on the basis of routine health education. Two groups of patients were surveyed by self-designed health class questionnaire one month after discharge to compare the effect of different methods on health education of elderly inpatients. Results In the aspect of health education, the awareness of illness, cognition of rehabilitation and health care in the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Geriatric Department of Health conducted healthy classroom health education is very effective, to improve self-efficacy, self-care ability of patients play a role, to explore to carry out a more complete health education model provides a basis.
