超高铝水泥是制造耐热混凝土最有发展前途的一种胶凝材料。超高铝水泥具有很高的耐火度(达1700℃),在高温加热的过程中,具有稳定的物理力学性能。这种水泥的化学成分中含对多种侵蚀介质最稳定的氧化铝和氧化钙,其中,氧化铝的含量大约是65—75%,氧化钙的含量大约是25—35%。超高铝水泥的矿物组成是二铝酸一钙(约40%)和铝酸一钙(约60%),还有氧化铝(5—10%)。
Ultra-high-aluminum cement is the most promising cementing material for the production of heat-resistant concrete. Ultra-high aluminum cement has a high refractoriness (up to 1700°C) and has stable physical and mechanical properties during high-temperature heating. The chemical composition of this cement contains the most stable alumina and calcium oxide for a variety of erosion media, of which the content of alumina is approximately 65-75% and the content of calcium oxide is approximately 25-35%. The mineral composition of the ultra-high alumina cement is monocalcium dialuminate (about 40%) and monocalcium aluminate (about 60%), as well as alumina (5-10%).
