(1)根本历史任务与社会主要矛盾是两个不同内容、不同层次的概念,二者不能混淆。也不能从根本历史任务推断出某个历史阶段的社会主要矛盾是什么。(2)在研究历史时,强调根本历史任务与强调社会主要矛盾在逻辑上是一致的而不是相互排斥的。(3)“生产力标准”是历史评价的“最终标准”而不是“唯一标准”。不能只承认生产力标准而排斥各个不同领域的具体标准。(4)历史活动所产生的“正效应”与“副效应”都是评价该活动的依据,但“反效应”不能作为评价的依据。
(1) Fundamental historical tasks and social conflicts are two concepts of different contents and different levels, and the two can not be confused. Nor can we infer from the fundamental historical task what is the major social contradiction in a historical period. (2) In studying history, it is stressed that the fundamental historical tasks are logically consistent with emphasizing the major social conflicts rather than being mutually exclusive. (3) “Productivity Standard” is the “final standard” of historical evaluation rather than “the only standard”. Specific criteria in different fields can not be rejected by recognizing only productivity standards. (4) The “positive effect” and “side effect” produced by historical activities are all the basis for evaluating this activity, but “counter effect ” can not be used as the basis for evaluation.
