作者应用杂交瘤技术获得了四株抗黄疸出血群赖型017株钩体外膜的单克隆抗体。经免疫扩散法鉴定表明,其抗体1A7E7为IgG_2,2F9D4、1A7H12和2G3H5为IgG_1。用免疫印迹分析发现,1A7E7特异地识别017株钩体外膜42kd蛋白区带,2F9D4识别三株致病性钩体外膜42kd的蛋白区带,而2G3H5和1A7H12特异地识别三株致病性钩体外膜的31kd蛋白区带。进一步研究致病性钩体所具有的蛋白质抗原分子的性质,对于寻找特异性诊断和保护性抗原会提供一定的线索。
The authors used hybridoma technique to obtain four monoclonal antibodies against the outer membrane of the hook of 017 strains of jaundice hemorrhagic group. The results of immunodiffusion showed that the antibody 1A7E7 was IgG_2, 2F9D4, 1A7H12 and 2G3H5 were IgG_1. Western blot analysis showed that 1A7E7 specifically identified 017 leptospira 42kd protein bands, 2F9D4 recognized the three pathogenic leptospira 42kd protein bands, while 2G3H5 and 1A7H12 specifically recognized the three pathogenic leptospires The 31 kd protein band of the membrane. Further research on the nature of the protein antigen molecules possessed by the pathogenic leptospira will provide some clues for finding specific diagnostic and protective antigens.
