于家堡交通枢纽工程毗邻海河入海口,地质条件复杂,地下水丰富,采用盖挖逆做法施工,设计结构采用C50P8高强度大体积防水混凝土。本工程以温度控制为主线,采取了包括大体积混凝土配合比设计、制备及运输、施工、后期养护等防裂综合技术措施,有效克服了逆作结构施工缝数量较多,高强度大体积防水混凝土水泥水化较大等因素对工程质量产生的不利影响,避免了有害裂缝的产生和发展,保证了防水质量,为类似工程施工提供借鉴。
