基层民主建设,是发展社会主义民主的基础性工作,直接关系到基层组织创造力、战斗力和凝聚力的强弱,关系到党的执政基础是否牢固。关系到农村各项事业的发展。在基层民主建设中,选举权是核心,知情权是基础,参与权是动力,监督权是保障。印江自治县近年来对基层民主建设的问题作了一定的尝试,有了一些可资借鉴的经验。“四权”的落实能有力地促进农村各项工作顺利开展。
