加工肉吃太多,不但会导致身体发胖,而且会增加癌症危险。美国“福克斯新闻网”2月20日报道,瑞典一项新研究发现,每天吃两片培根或一根香肠会增加胰腺癌发病风险。新研究中,卡罗林斯卡医学院的研究人员发现,每天吃加工肉食1.8盎司(约合1两),罹患致命胰腺癌危险就会增加19%。研究人员经过全面的分析得出结论,加工肉食、烧烤肉食和烟熏肉食吃得太多会增加体内毒素。
Processed meat to eat too much, not only will lead to body fat, but also increase the risk of cancer. US “Fox News” reported on February 20, a new Swedish study found that eating two slices of bacon or a sausage daily will increase the risk of pancreatic cancer. In the new study, researchers at Karolinska Institute found that daily consumption of processed rations of 1.8 ounces (about 1 in 2) increases the risk of fatal pancreatic cancer by 19%. After a thorough analysis, the researchers concluded that eating too much processed meat, grilled meat and smoked meat increased the body’s toxins.
