我向国内冶金同行报告一个很好的消息:在福州40m回转窑上试产海绵铁获得了意料之外的成功. 1987年以来,这座窑经过改造、热试、调整之后,于1989年11月6日正式投料试生产,连续运转了一个月,情况正常,一般作业率高达95%以上,有些天则达到99%.试生产期工艺操作稳定,质量一直良好,第一批产品取样就是优质品.一个月连续生产的各项技术经济指标,相当于或好于戴维公司向广东、福建推荐的南非指标.
