作者报道3例基底动脉上段动脉瘤的显微外科治疗。3例病人均在发病后2～5.5个月进行手术,采用翼点额颞开颅入路夹闭动脉瘤,手术效果满意。术后5个月～3年随访患者均恢复正常生活及工作。
The authors report the microsurgical treatment of 3 patients with basilar artery aneurysm. Three patients were operated 2 to 5.5 months after the onset of surgery, the use of frontal triceps cranial approach aneurysm, the surgical results satisfactory. After 5 months to 3 years follow-up patients were resumed normal life and work.
