兴起学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想的新高潮,是党中央用党的最新理论成果武装全党、教育人民,推动党的事业继往开来、与时俱进的战略部署。民兵作为党领导下的我国武装力量的组成部分,要积极响应党中央的号召,以高度的责任感和饱满的政治热情,投入到学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想的热潮中来,做“三个代表”重要思想的坚定信仰者、积极传播者和模范践行者。
The new upsurge of studying and implementing the important thinking of the ’Three Represents’ is a strategic deployment by which the party Central Committee has armized the entire party with the latest theoretical achievements made by the party, educated the people, and promoted the cause of the party going from the past to the present and advancing with the times. As part of our armed forces under the leadership of the party, the militia must respond positively to the call of the Central Party Committee, devote a high sense of responsibility and full of political enthusiasm into the upsurge of studying and implementing the important thinking of the ’Three Represents.’ “Three Represents ” important believer, active disseminator and exemplary practitioner.
