随着我国经济的不断发展,旅游业也在日益进步,目前,我国导游薪酬体制问题已经逐渐成为人们关注的焦点问题,对于一个企业来说,薪酬管理是其人力资源管理的重要政策性文件,同时它也是这个企业管理规范化和流程化的表现,文章从我国导游薪酬体制的发展背景入手,阐述了它的研究意义与研究方法,并且在此基础上对我国导游薪酬体制存在的问题进行了针对性的分析,提出了相对应的解决对策,以此来促进我国导游薪酬体制的更好发展与完善。
