近年来,党中央重视加强和改善对工青妇工作的领导,注意发挥他们作为与群众联系的桥梁和纽带的作用。1989年中央发出《关于加强和改善党对工会、共青团、妇联工作领导的通知》。省委下发了贯彻中央通知的意见,并采取有效措施,狠抓落实,在加强和改善党对工青妇工作领导方面收到了显著成效。各地贯彻中央《通知》和省委《意见》的情况概括起来有以下几点:
