TK48和TK61生产线纺阳离子常压沸染纤维的工艺和设备的研究

本文分析了聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)聚合时添加了第三组分、第四组分后与PET的结构与性能的差异,为在日本东洋纺TK48、TK61设备上纺ECDP纤维对设备进行了改进,结合用户对成品可纺性的要求,对阳离子常压沸染纤维(ECDP)工艺进行研究优化,分析了在生产中出现问题的原因并给出了解决问题的方法,在国内1.5万吨/年大生产线上首次实现了ECDP短纤维工业化生产.经济效益非常可观. 实践证明,纺丝条件对ECDP丝有明显的影响.随风压增加,纤维取向度上升,冷拉随环吹风压差上升而降低,断面不匀率先下降后增加.风温的影响小于风速,随着欠伸倍率的下降,强度降低.ECDP纤维的结晶能力较差,通过提高拉伸倍数,可以使结晶度增加.3.33dtex ECDP纤维软化点比PET低,结构松散,纤维单根纤度大,同等旦数的情况下丝束占更大的空间,通过增大卷曲间隙,由0.1调整到0.14,减少了夹丝现象.ECDP纤维卷曲度和卷曲数随着背压的降低而明显下降,并与卷曲辊内的水温变化有明显的关系.通过降低卷曲辊内水温,由80℃调整到60℃,提高卷曲效果,解决了卷曲夹丝问题.通过对疏水器的管网和类型的改进,提高了每个欠伸辊筒温度控制的准确性;通过对打包机软连接密封面改造,解决了跑棉问题;把集束架孔改成活动自由调节式对整条生产线的铺丝状况有很好的效果,有效降低了欠伸过程中的疵点问题;通过把喷丝板的长径比降到0.6以下和角度的设计,增强了熔体从喷丝孔喷出后的膨胀效果,产生较好的中空度.
