该文合成了感光性树脂E51环氧树脂丙烯酸酯,并对其紫外光固化机理进行了研究.通过红外光谱分析可知E51环氧树脂丙烯酸酯的紫外光固化过程是所含双键的聚合反应,有氧气存在的固化反应分为诱导、反应和终止三个阶段,且存在着后效应与相分离.
