Takedasingen is a general in the Warring States period, the nineteenth house master of generation of kaigenji in Kai Takeda. He hold “wind Woods fire mountain ”in the famous book "the Art of War" as a banner, and was called “the tiger of kai”.Singen was not only a military general but also a good ruler who had very unique country management art. Takedasingen was born in the heyday of the Warring States period----a time when Japanese took great enthusiasm to classic works and Sinology was populated with. The Sino-Japanese culture was closely tided. Takedasingen was one who greatly affected by the Sino culture.In this thesis, the author discussed the thought Influence of Meng Zi,Xun Zi and Sun Zi towards Takedasingen’s country management art in three aspects. In politic, Takedasingen studied Mencius,build collegial system among the royal retainers and implemented benevolent policies to the ordinary people. In economic, he absorbed Xun Zi,developed economic at one hand and payed attention to the etiquette labor divison and duty system build-up on the other hand.Meanwhile, law enforcement system was also strengthened. In military, Takedasingen was affected by Sun Zi.He stressed the positive attack and improved the defense, and also adopted a flexible tactics. He created called strongest Takeda army in the Warring States during territorial expansion.Although in different periods and countries, Takedasingen was deeply influenced by the thought of Meng Zi,Xun Zi and Sun Zi. He absorbed and implemented these thoughts.Due to his strive,the crop of Kai developed from a small country of 200000 to 1200000. Takedasingen ‘s performance was very prominent.
