This project is founded on a personal curiosity that has been nurtured by the media,many scholars and international organizations.The main issues are as follows:　　"Why Angola Choose China for relationship"?　　"What is Angolas role in influencing new markets for China in Africa?"　　"What effects and possible advantages will it have for both countries"?　　After a long period of reading and study,I was able to identify variables related to these issues that were relevant and supported by other authors in other studies.Specifically,some variables were related to these particular subjects,and others were"transported"from similar subjects,is the same issues but different case studies.　　I have sought in a clearer and more specific way to be able to give answers to these pertinent questions,which on the one hand turn out to be very fundamental for the construction of my thesis dissertation as well as to discuss aspects also related to foreign policy between both countries and also the aspects that this relationship　　The relationship between stmes is not based only on the interrelation or partnership between both,there are mechanisms and standards that state must follow when relating.　　For example,in Article l of the UN charter said"the principle of Sovereignty among state"and that all states are equal and must be respected no matter how strong or weak it is(although today it has not been noticed),other example are the laws concerning international law that all state must follow as well the principles of the international system.
