This document aims to explain the importance of NGOs for the different populations of the states that make up Latin America where the arm of their respective governments do not arrive,either due to ignorance or disinterest,something completely necessary benefitting children,young people,adults and the senior members of the society without distinction in terms races or creeds.It should be taken into account by the different governments in order to generate reforms to existing laws or create new policies that seek to direct inclusion of these sectors in the social map which will benefit both these sectors and the government in achieving both of their intentions that seek to promote good governance.　　While it is true that each respective states government continue to be the main actors in world politics,this does not however make them the only ones;other actors take on strength over time with world politics being the one in charge of recognizing the importance of their actionscontributions.
