IF(In-flight Fragment) system is used to produce and analysis an isotope beam,a pre-separator is located in the front end of this system.The pre-separator requires high magnetic field gradient to focus ion beam and,superconducting magnet can be a solution of that.Lorentz force by high magnetic field generates mechanical large stress in the magnet and structural design is important issue to reduce the stress concentration.
