Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) have been regarded as promising markers for human identification and paternity study.This study aimed to develop new reagent kits for Forensic DNA typing based on new generation markers.As results,a total of 4 new reagent kits have been developed,which can be employed to analyze tri-allelic SNPs,YSNPs and mtSNPs.Three reagent kits for SNP typing (tri-allelic SNPs,Y-SNPs,mtSNPs)depended upon same science basis and were developed followed same work flow.The candidates of SNPs were analyzed by Pyrosequencing (PSQ) with sample pooling method to obtain allele types and the allele frequency on SNP locus in sample groups.
