In recent years,"compact molecules"e.g.4-membered heterocyclic compounds have received increased attention in pharmaceutical industry because of the uniqueness in the generation of IP position,as well as adjustment of physical properties e.g.solubility,permeability,and safety related properties.The bottle necks of the application of such"compact molecules"are the difficult synthesis and scale-up.
