Background and aims Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are emerging as new players in gene regulation and associated with the development and progression of a variety of human cancers.However, to date, the biological functions and molecular mechanisms underlying of IncRNA in gastric cancer have not been well elucidated.This study aimed to investigate whether a novel lncRNA BC032469 participates in the progression and prognosis of gastric cancer and elucidate the underlying molecular mechanisms.
