Background It is uncertain whether the administration of adjuvant chemotherapy (CMT)improves survival in the patients with stage Ⅱ colon cancer.Our primary aim to determined the outcome of disease free survival (DFS) and 5-year overall survival (OS) provided by adjuvant chemotherapy using Tegafur-uracil for stage Ⅱ colon cancer.
