本文实验测试了具有不同初温和不同粒度的火药床的压缩规律,得到了压缩模量。压缩火药床的应力—应变关系在相对压缩量为20%的范围内仍然是线性的。根据火药床的一维波动方程特征线分析颗粒间应力变化规律。最后给出了有实用价值的颗粒间应力公式。
In this paper, we have experimentally tested the compression law of gunpowder beds with different initial temperatures and different particle sizes, and obtained the compressive modulus. The stress-strain relationship of the compressed gunpowder remains linear over a relative compression of 20%. According to the characteristic curve of one-dimensional wave equation of gunpowder bed, the variation law of intergranular stress was analyzed. Finally, a practical formula of intergrain stress is given.
