The mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR) is activated by growth factors,nutritional signals,and energy,and therefore is the central controller of cell growth,metabolism,survival and aging as well as a negative regulator of autophagy.Developing high throughput and efficiency methods for screening and identifying inhibitors of mTOR is important in new drug discovery.Herein we reported a CE combination with HPLC-MS method for screening mTOR inhibitors in natural extracts.
