Quantitation of phytohormones in plant samples has received continuous attention because they are playing many key roles in plant growth and development.In terms of analyzing trace acidic phytohormones in tiny fresh plant tissues,labeling technique is needed to enhance the sensitivity in mass spectrometry detection [1],and directly labeling the ultralow concentration phytohormones under mild conditions is the bottleneck.
