我厂生产的HD—400GL及H350型挖掘机轨链节,材料为40Mn2,在820±10℃的正常工艺下淬火,经常出现成批淬火开裂。其裂纹大都在大孔处呈圆弧形(图1),金相检查没有发现问题。将淬火温度降到790℃,但收效不大,后对冷却时间进行了控制,仍有少量裂纹出现。据此,试验采用(α+γ)二相区加热淬火,取得了良好效果。
I produced HD-400GL and H350 excavator track link, the material is 40Mn2, quenched in the normal process of 820 ± 10 ℃, often appear batch quench cracking. Most of its cracks in the macropore arc (Figure 1), metallographic examination found no problem. The quenching temperature dropped to 790 ℃, but with little effect, after the cooling time was controlled, there are still a few cracks appear. Accordingly, the test using (α + γ) two-phase heating quenching, and achieved good results.
