：
新药安全性评价首先是美国20世纪70年代提出的.我国于2003年正式颁布《药物非临床研究质量管理规范》,标志着新药安全性评价正式走进我国的视野.随着我国新药安评的不断发展,各种形式的GLP实验室的出现如雨后春笋.高校GLP实验室是其中较为代表性的一支.本文结合我校GLP发展的现状对GLP实验室在高校中的优势进行综述.

QA[Quality Assurance(质量保证)],IS09000： 2005中的定义是"质量管理的一部分,致力于提供质量要求会得到满足的信任"。在GLP体系中,无论OECD,FDA,还是CFDA,QA工作都强调对法规或规范的遵从性,QA声明所提供的是一种质量信任。接触GLP工作五年以来,笔者就工作中的几点体会进行阐述,抛砖引玉,以期与同行进行更多交流,不断进步。
