光学活性的苯并二氢呋喃类化合物广泛存在于自然界中，其生理活性显著，是重要的有机合成中间体[1]。由于苯并二氢呋喃环状体系上有多个取代位点，使该类天然产物结构新颖、多样，从而具有多种多样的药理活性[2]，包含多手性结构骨架的天然产物已从许多的动植物中分离并提纯得到，具有很强的生物活性[3]。
