Shadow moire method is an effective optical technique for surface profile measurement of diffusely reflecting objects.Due to cheap and easy to implement in industry environment, the method has been widely used in various fields, especially in the semiconductor industry for distortion/warpage evaluation under thermal and/or mechanical loading.
