Low-temperature(<600℃) polycrystalline silicon (polysilicon) lateral TFT (LTFT), has been widely studied for more than three decades, mainly driven by the fast development of flat panel displays [1-2] The evolution of the display technologies revealed the need of larger Ion current for the same panel area.
