目的:探讨增强型体外反搏(EECP) 对急性心肌缺血犬循环及局部组织中血管紧张素转换酶( ACE) 的影响。方法:结扎犬冠脉左前降支造成急性心肌缺血模型,用紫外分光光度法测循环及局部组织ACE 活性。结果:急性心肌缺血时循环ACE 持续上升,165 min 时,上升幅度趋于平缓,经反搏治疗后60 min ,未见对ACE 有影响,120 min 时ACE 下降,但仍高于正常水平。局部ACE 在缺血时均被激活,反搏120 min 后,各组织ACE 活性呈不同程度下降,左心室及肾仍高于正常水平,主动脉降至正常,肺部甚至降至正常以下。结论:急性心肌缺血可激活循环及局部ACE,体外反搏可能通过降低ACE 活性来参与对缺血心肌的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of enhanced EECP on canine circulation and local tissue angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) in acute myocardial ischemia. Methods: Ligation of canine left anterior descending coronary artery caused acute myocardial ischemia model, using UV spectrophotometry to measure circulation and local tissue ACE activity. RESULTS: The circulating ACE level continued to increase during acute myocardial ischemia, and the increase tended to be gentle at 165 min. ACE did not change after 60 min after counterpulsation, but decreased at 120 min but still higher than the normal level. Local ACE was activated during ischemic stroke. After 120 min of counterpulsation, ACE activity in all tissues decreased to some extent, left ventricular and renal were still higher than normal, aorta decreased to normal, and the lungs even dropped below normal. Conclusion: Acute myocardial ischemia can activate circulatory and local ACE. Extracorporeal counterpulsation may be involved in the protection of ischemic myocardium by decreasing ACE activity.
