Alzheimers disease (AD) is the most common neurodegenerative disorders.Amyloid β-protein (Aβ) has been recognized as the leading cause of AD, and Aβ oligomer plays an important role in the early stage of AD.In this report, several strains of monoclonal antibody (MAb) against Aβ1-42 oligomer or different isoform of Aβ C terminal was produced for AD diagnostic and therapeutic research.The Aβ1-42 oligomer mixture was assembled with synthetic Aβ1-42 peptide through F 12 medium system.MAb specific for Aβ1-42 oligomer was prepared with the hybridoma technique and purified through protein A affinity chromatography.
