Study of the influence on economic growth by intellectual property rights(IPR)protection are usually carried out in the area or on the overall and seldom are compared and studied from tertiary industry.The disability of studying method,concealing the conflict that have positive inpact of IPR on economic growth,and positive and negative impacts on tertiary industry.Further analyzing the influences of IPR protection on three industries will help our country to optimize and improve IPR protection system,and better to promote economic development.
