  Microorganism plays a quite important role in the ecosystem of the Antarctica.This place are involved in extreme climate,such as frozen,strong wind,drought,intense radiation.Its provides the most special environment for the microorganism to grow tenaciously against the villainous climate,which lead the microorganism to produce the unique production like cold resistant enzymes,unique biometabolic pathway and genetic evolution characteristics to live.The special environment make Antarctica become not only the resource pool of important Microorganism,but also the birthplace of important and rare active substance.The samples were collected from the Chinese 31st Antarctic scientific expedition in 2015.Through to Antarctic research,the samples by the method of dilution plating procedure and streak plate method to obtain the purification of Antarctic bacteria.After 16s sequencing and the adjacency Mega6.0 software method are adopted for phylogenetic analysis and construct phylogenetic tree.Based on the system classification,summarized microbial community characteristics and advantages of flora in the Antarctic peninsula intertidal field.At the same time,studies have shown that under the natural environment at the South Pole,these cold-adapted microorganisms in global material circulation,biogeochemical processes of the bacteria plays an important role in the ecological and environmental system in the South Pole ecological system.Recently studies on Antarctic microbial diversity,the special physiological and biochemical characteristics have become the focus of Antarctic research for many experts and scholars.The major phylum consists of Bacteroidetes(49%),followed by Gammaproteobacteria(40%).The major genus consists of Flavobacterium(45%)and Pseudoalteromonas(39%).
