渐开线齿形样板主要用于按成形法原理设计的齿轮指形铣刀及齿轮盘形铣刀的齿形轮廓设计,渐开线齿形样板的计算是生产齿轮过程中经常需要应用的计算。通过对渐开线齿形样板计算过程的分析,从Microsoft Office Excel 2003的应用软件着手,开发设计出渐开线齿形样板的计算软件,从而为齿轮生产提供了准确有效的技术保证。
Involute toothed template is mainly used for the design of the gear forming the finger-shaped cutter and gear disc cutter tooth profile design, involute tooth template calculation is often used in the production of gear calculation process . Through the analysis of calculation process of involute tooth model, the software of Microsoft Office Excel 2003 is developed and the calculation software of involute tooth model is developed, which provides accurate and effective technical assurance for gear production.
