Coronary Heart Disease is the leading cause of premature death of men in Jordan and in many other countries in the world.It is emerging as a considerable health problem in Jordan with a high mortality and readmission rate.Since most of the risk factors for CHD are modifiable and are related to the individuals lifestyle this indicates that health care professionals should address the link between ill health and unhealthy lifestyles and behaviors, coupled with cultural and social factors.
