Ferrites are critical for nonreciprocal RF/microwave devices.However,they are generally bulky,and tuning of working frequency is slow if using magnetic field.Convenient electrical tuning of frequency and bandwidth of such microwave devices have been investigated and demonstrated in several approaches.
