　　The aim of this study was to develop and optimize the coating formulation for nTanshinone ⅡA (TA) sustained-release pellets in order to meet the needs of clinical application.The plasma concentration-time curve of TA oral ternary solid dispersion pellets in New Zealand White rabbits (weight function) was investigated.
