本文应用三维CFD和一维匹配相结合的仿真技术,建立某量产车型冷却及空调系统匹配分析模型,通过优化散热器和风扇性能,提升冷却系统的散热能力,使该车型热平衡性能满足设计要求.优化方案已应用于该量产车型,并通过整车热平衡试验验证,并且分析结果与试验结果吻合度较好.
