目的建立简便、快速、实用的尿液中锰的测定方法。方法受尿中常量元素(钙、镁)干扰的启发,采用1.0%硝酸-0.1%硝酸镁-1.0%吐温-80作为基体改进剂,石墨炉原子吸收法测定尿中锰。结果采用本基体改进剂,标准曲线法测定尿锰,消除了尿液中常量元素干扰,800℃~1 100℃灰化温度吸光度值无明显变化。在0μg/L~6μg/L时,线性相关系数为0.999 9,检出限为0.03μg/L,精密度RSD为1.16%~3.29%,加标回收率为98.7%~110.0%。结论本方法操作快速、简单、检出限低、灵敏度高,适合批量尿样中锰的检测。
Objective To establish a simple, rapid and practical method for the determination of manganese in urine. Methods Inspired by the interference of the constant elements in the urine (calcium and magnesium), 1.0% nitric acid - 0.1% magnesium nitrate - 1.0% Tween-80 was used as the matrix modifier. The manganese in urine was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The matrix modifier and standard curve method were used to determine urinary manganese, which eliminated the interference of constant elements in urine. There was no significant change in absorbance value at 800 ℃ ~ 1 100 ℃ ashing temperature. The linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9 at 0μg / L ~ 6μg / L, the detection limit was 0.03μg / L, the precision RSD was 1.16% ~ 3.29%, and the recoveries were 98.7% ~ 110.0%. Conclusion The method is rapid, simple, low detection limit, high sensitivity and suitable for the detection of manganese in bulk urine samples.
