遵照国务院有关领导同志的指示,中国社会科学院经济学科片于1993年5月成立了“2010年中国经济发展思路与政策选择”课题组。课题组由中国社会科学院特邀顾问刘国光担任顾问、中国社会科学院数量经济与技术经济研究所所长李京文为主的一批经济学家组成。 该课题组认为,1995年——2010年的16年,将是中国社会主义市场经济体制形成与确立和中国经济结构(包括产业结构、消费结构、城乡结构等)大变动的时期,也是中国经济快速增长的黄金期,在这一时期,中国经济总量规模与综合国力将获得显著的提高,并实现社会主义现代化“三步走”宏伟战略目标的第二步,开始向第三步目标迈进,未来16年中国经济的发展,亦为世界所瞩目。该课题组将报告综合整理成《走向21世纪的中国经济》一书。本刊摘要刊载如下。
In accordance with the instructions of the relevant leaders of the State Council, the Economic Discipline Section of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences established the Task Force on “2010 China’s Economic Development Strategy and Policy Choice” in May 1993.
