以语录体和对话文体为主的《论语》,记录了孔子及其弟子的言行,集中体现了孔子的政治主张、伦理思想、道德观念及教育原则等。再读《论语》,对照目前高校统战工作,尤其是党外干部队伍建设实务,仍有一定的启迪和借鉴作用。本文通过解读《论语》,结合高校统战工作实务,探讨党外干部队伍建设的基本原则和有效途径。
The Analects of Confucius, mainly written in phonetic transcription and dialogue style, records the words and deeds of Confucius and his disciples and embodies Confucius’ political ideas, ethics, moral concepts and educational principles. Re-reading the Analects of Confucius, in contrast to the current United Front work in colleges and universities, especially non-party cadres construction practice, there are still some inspiration and reference. By interpreting “The Analects of Confucius” and combining with the practice of the United Front work in universities, this article explores the basic principles and effective ways of building the ranks of non-party cadres.
