当前高职院校的职业人文素质培养缺乏校企合作的有效模式。外贸行业较之其他行业更为注重员工的职业素质和人文素质,更加需要企业的深度参与。为建立一种行之有效的校企合作职业人文素质培养模式,采用调研法明确了外贸专业职业人文素质的培养目标,采用文献法对现有校企合作模式进行了分析,研究制定了外贸专业“五阶递进联合培养”的校企合作模式,并在实践中取得了良好效果。
The Current Professional Vocational College Humane Quality Lacks the Effective Mode of School-Enterprise Cooperation. Compared with other industries, the foreign trade industry pays more attention to the professional qualities and humanistic qualities of employees and requires more in-depth participation of enterprises. In order to establish a well-established vocational and humanistic quality training mode of school-enterprise cooperation, the research method is adopted to clarify the training objectives of professional humanistic quality of foreign trade majors. By means of the literature method, the existing mode of school-enterprise cooperation is analyzed and the foreign trade majors “Five steps progressive joint training ” school-enterprise cooperation mode, and achieved good results in practice.
