与2008年的经济形势相比,2009年我国宏观经济将面临一个变数更多、情况更为复杂的局面。我将其概括为‘经济向下,政策向上’。
Compared with the economic situation in 2008, China’s macro economy will face a situation with more variables and more complex situations in 2009. I will sum it up as ’economic down, policy up’.
