A recent study by the American Life Insurance Company tells people that it is often difficult for those who are usually healthy and who never deal with the disease to enter the longevity of the elderly. Hundreds of centenarians they surveyed were in fact mostly infirm and sick. Why did this happen? It turned out that frail and sick people were cautious on every trivial matter and treated themselves well because of their infirmity. Their diet is modest; they do not smoke or drink alcohol; they have regular patterns of living, not being overly sexually active and trying to participate in physical activity; they know when climates they can change their clothes at any time; and when conditions are bad or dangerous
