我国的改革,不仅使社会主义社会的所有制结构起了局部质的变化,而且使社会主义生产关系内部也起了局部质的变化。过去,纯的公有制大大超越了我国现阶段的生产力状况,束缚着生产力的发展。改革使社会主义生产关系没有那么“纯”了,没有那么“公”了,但从实质上或从生产力和生产关系的联系上看,更加适合我国现阶段的生产力性质,从而强有力地解放和推动了生产力的发展,并终将充分巩固和发展社会主义生产关系。
