目的 研究使用光敏剂血卟啉衍生物(HPD)及激光动力学(PDT)方法治疗癌症的效果及其影响因素。方法选择各种癌症病人500例,男性318例,女性182例,平均60.6岁,均为中、晚期癌症病人。其中食管癌304例,占全部病人的61.0%。按每公斤体重3~5mg静脉点滴HPD。给药后10~20h、34~44h、58~68h分别以波长630nm,光纤输出功率900mW于病变局部施以PDT,每次25~30min,重复治疗间隔1个月。结果总缓解率为51.0%,有效率85.0%。
Objective To study the efficacy and influencing factors of the use of the photosensitizer hematoporphyrin derivative (HPD) and laser kinetics (PDT) for the treatment of cancer. Methods A total of 500 cases of various cancer patients were selected, including 318 males and 182 females, with an average age of 60.6 years. All patients were middle- and late-stage cancer patients. There were 304 cases of esophageal cancer, accounting for 61.0% of all patients. HPD was intravenously administered at 3 to 5 mg/kg body weight. After 10 to 20 hours, 34 to 44 hours, and 58 to 68 hours after administration, PDT was applied to the lesions at a wavelength of 630 nm and an output power of the fiber of 900 mW, each time for 25 to 30 minutes. The treatment interval was repeated for one month. Results The overall remission rate was 51.0% with an effective rate of 85.0%.
