冠心病(Coronary Heart Disease 以下简称 CHD)是发达国家人口死亡的主要原因,在许多发展中国家的发病率亦有不断增长的趋势。尽管 CHD 在中年特别是老年人中发病率较高,但青年患者亦屡见不鲜Ⅲ。关于 CHD的病因至今尚未完全清楚,但大量的流行病学资料、人体代谢研究、动物实验、环境卫生的调查均说明 CHD 与人体营养有密切关系。本文仅就营养与 CHD 研究的若干问题作一综述,以供参考。
Coronary heart disease (CHD) is the leading cause of death among the population in developed countries, and its incidence has also been on the rise in many developing countries. Despite the high prevalence of CHD in middle-aged and elderly people in particular, young patients are not uncommon III. About the cause of CHD is not yet fully understood, but a large number of epidemiological data, human metabolism studies, animal experiments, environmental health survey shows that CHD and human nutrition are closely related. This article reviews just a few of the issues in nutrition and CHD for your reference.
