近年来,随着中央中西部发展战略的实施,国家沿海长江的T型开放格局的纵深发展,以及三峡工程进度加快对区域经济的深刻影响,重庆(指包括重庆、涪陵、黔江、万县在内的库区)经济区域面临着一个前所未有的历史性发展机遇,本文拟从重庆区域经济地理情况出发,在深入分析经济区位优势的基础上,根据区域经济的理论原理和方法,结合现代工业化及城市化发展的一般规律,提出一种“伞型”经济发展战略,并对实施战略与措施,以及怎样发挥金融杠杆作用等方面进行初步性探讨。 一、“伞型”经济发展
