患者男性,22岁,未婚.因发热、关节肿痛4天,于1990年3月10日入院.患者20天前突发尿频,尿急、尿痛伴终末血尿求诊于泌尿科,尿检RBC++++,WBC++++,尿道分泌物多次涂片未找到淋球菌,经用先锋霉素Ⅳ等治疗症状消失.但半月后出现畏寒、高热、两眼结膜发红,视物模糊,次日右腕关节红,肿、热、痛及活动障碍,并渐波及同侧膝、踝关节,伴心悸、胸闷,无寒战.既往无类似关节肿痛史,否认冶游史.体检:T40℃,P110次
